How many floors per building? Each building will have 3 floors, with the garage being located under each building.

How many floor plans are available? 6 home types with square footage varying from 1,036 to 1,498 sq. ft.

How many bedrooms are there? All condominium homes have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Is it an elevator building? Yes, each of the 3 buildings have elevators.

Is parking under the building or outside? 1 covered parking space is reserved for each unit. Additional spaces are available for purchase.

How will my guests access Avery at Swampscott when visiting? Guests will be able to park in unassigned parking spaces. An intercom in the secure lobby will enable residents to identify and allow their guests access to the building.

Is water and sewer private or public? Both water and sewerage are public and included in your condominium fee (HOA fee).

What will be included in the HOA fee? Landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, household refuse removal, covered parking maintenance, water & sewer, master insurance, building and common area maintenance

Will the buyer have the option to customize their home? The buyer will be able to customize their home during preconstruction phases and select items will be available for customization after the preconstruction phase has begun.

What is the anticipated occupancy date? Our first homeowners are already living in Building 1. We will be welcoming our Building 2 homeowners in Fall 2018. Building 3 will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2019.
